Why is Rehabilitation Important?
Rehabilitation Services and Features
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies 7 Days a Week
Seven days a week, we provide physical, occupational and speech therapies to help individuals regain their independence and return to their homes or a lower level of care as soon as possible. These therapies may also include medical management and monitoring for conditions that require it.
Orthopedic Rehab
While most people hope to go home directly from the hospital after surgery to replace a joint, at times, your recovery may be slower than expected. As a result, you may need to be transferred to a skilled nursing facility. Our skilled nurses, physical and occupational therapists will help you regain your strength, ensure you receive the proper medicines and teach you the skills you need to do everyday tasks while you recover.
Stroke Recovery
Our stroke recovery and rehabilitation program contains a series of different therapies designed to help you relearn skills lost after a stroke. There’s a wide range of complications from stroke — and how well each person recovers afterward. Stroke rehabilitation can help you regain independence and improve your quality of life.
Wound Care
Wound care involves the treatment and management of wounds that are difficult to heal due to various factors. By receiving specialized techniques and advanced therapies, we promote the healing process for residents who require this type of care.
24/7 Skilled Nursing Care

CHF/COPD Treatment
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obtrusive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) treatment refers to the treatment and management of these diseases and disorders that affect the normal function of the heart. These treatments and plans help slow the progression of these diseases and can help caregivers be better prepared to manage them.
Pain Management
We offer a comprehensive pain management system to address issues related to pain. This system involves assessing and managing pain in residents, both long and short term, so that all residents have individualized, person-centered care plans.
Complex Medical Conditions
Complex medical conditions can affect a person’s mental, physical and social well-being, and we know dealing with them can be daunting. That is why we take a person-centered approach to managing complex medical conditions. We don’t just focus on treating medical conditions; we focus on you and delivering compassionate care that puts you or your loved ones first.
Cardiac Care
Cardiac care is the treatment and management of diseases and disorders that affect the heart. This type of care is often necessary for individuals who have suffered a cardiac event or those with heart diseases or conditions. By receiving proper care, residents can better manage their symptoms and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
